Sync your data warehouse to Customer.IO to create hyper-personalized campaigns, segments, forms, events and forms to reach your customers.
- Authorize the app.
- Authenticate the app:
- Go to https://app.seekwell.io/integrations
- Search for Customer.io and click on “Add”
- Find your Customer.io API credentials on https://fly.customer.io/settings/api_credentials
- Site and API key tokens will be found under “Tracking API Keys”
- Select “App API Keys” in the header next to “Tracking API Keys”
- Create a new App API key
- Use the App API key as the Bearer token
- You’re done with the authentication, head over to https://app.seekwell.io/
Syncing data to Customer.IO
- Write a SQL statement and run the query to verify the results are as expected.
- Under "Destination" on the right, select "Customer.IO".
- Under “Destination” on the right, select “Customer.IO”
- Select your “object” (e.g. segments) and “operation” (e.g. delete).
- Map your columns
- Click on "Mapping” (above the query results)
- Map the fields in “Source” and “Destination”
- Click "Test Sync". Your results will appear in Customer.IO within a few seconds.
